Where scenography fails to carve out its own space, it develops by confronting the logic of the existing building architecture. Scenographic language is therefore always in dialogue with architectonic realities, whether it’s protected heritage structures or new constructions. Throughout all of its projects IGLHAUT + von GROTE has developed impressive familiarity with the conceptual and technical interface to architecture, to interior fittings and to curators.

As an exhibition practice, IGLHAUT + von GROTE looks at all types of exhibits, in every dimension – and with the specific requirements of their presentation. Whether an object is only visible under a microscope or a museum ship needs its own dock, our solutions use the most modern exhibition technology and lighting, which at the same time ensures the protection and preservation of the objects.
